Ignacio Segovia is a Psychologist, Ergonomist, and Project Management Professional (PMP) with experience in Cognitive Ergonomics.   Ignacio is trilingual, being able to speak Spanish, French and English.  He provides our competitive advantage in our “Social Media Training”  and “Comprehensive" Services.  

He has a great deal of knowledge in the area of Organizational Psychology.  This knowledge gives him the tools to analyze your company's key components (Mission, Vision, Culture, Objectives, etc.) so he can adapt the Social Media education process to your company.  

The “Comprehensive Service" is the complete application of Ignacio's knowledge and experience.  Social Interaction designs and revises the client's website and Social Media tools in a way that a scientific method can be applied to measure user decisions.  We then use internet tools to improve user responses to our client's website and are able to show quantifiable results to our client.  The client can then use the quantifiable results to take new steps to improve the effectiveness of their site and its network.  The next step being Social Interaction redesigning the tools based on the quantifiable results, thereby restarting the project cycle.   

Carlos Carmona is Social Interaction's web designer.  He has diplomas in Social Communication and Advertisement and Publicity.  He has also taken additional courses in Maya 3D, Autocad 2010, and 3D Max Studio to give him a foundation in media development.  An entrepreneur himself,  he owns three companies; a web development, a event planner, and a newspaper company, thus knowing what it takes to run a successful business.  Carlos has also found the time to become an accomplished creative writer, having published a book of poetry in 2006.  Carlos is trilingual, being able to speak Spanish, Italian and English.

Carlos specializes in Photoshop CS5, Flash CS5, HTML 5, Final Cut and an assortment of other programs useful for creative online productions.  With such experience and skills, Carlos provides our competitive advantage in the creation and modification of our client's websites for the "Basic" service, and connecting sites to social media in the "Advanced" service. 

Bohumil Kaspar is a writer and editor.  He graduated from Brock University with an Honours Bachelors Degree in English, after which he worked as an English Teaching Assistant.  Gaining a great deal of experience with editing and with the composition of technical writing, Bohumil moved on to earn a Masters Degree in the Science of Education where he did research in teaching creativity.  He is also trilingual, being able to speak English, Czech and Slovak.

Bohumil provides our competitive advantage in the composition and editing of content in our "Basic" and "Advanced" Services.  He writes and edits websites and blog content, making sure that company messaging is clear and free of spelling and grammar mistakes.  He also lends his creative input to the design and restructuring of our client's websites.

Shaylyn Brown is on her way to obtaining an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Public Administration from Brock University. Her second specialization is in English Literature. Through her studies, she has obtained a better understanding the function of politics in Canada. As a result of her specialization, she is able to comprehend complex political ideas and concepts and is able to communicate them in a clear and concise manner. Shaylyn also has extensive research skills; gained through writing numerous research assignments in her program. Being able to explain complex ideas and researching information allows her to contribute to the multimedia explanatory content for our client's websites and contributing to the SEO and Social Media aspects of our services. 

Both her academic background in Political Science and English and her experiences in the field of Public Administration have improved her communication and analytical skills. And she is still increasing her skills as she edits some of our online content projects.

Alex Robinson is our audio recording expert.  He has more than a quarter-century of experience recording music and voice and now is lending his resources and expertise to Social Interaction's online multimedia productions.  His company, Auditory Spark Productions, was formed in 2008 and specializes in voice-over recordings for education, audiobooks and commercials.  Operating from a purpose-built voice-over and music production studio, Alex narrates and records broadcast-quality voice-overs, as well as selected music projects.   Alex has access to a large selection of trusted voice-over talents that he can direct and produce locally or through the internet.  

Alex will be lending his audio resources to any video or audio projects that we produce for our client's websites.  With his production equipment and talent, he will add that extra professional touch to our client's sites and marketing campaigns.
