Social Interaction would like to welcome our new client, "PigOut Roasters."  What exactly is PigOut Roasters?  PigOut Roasters is a company located in the Niagara Region that designed an all-terrain, multi-functional cooking centre.  The thing is huge and the name of the company is not a throw away reference to eating more than you can handle (though it serves as that too), but rather an entire pig is able to fit on a rotating spittle inside the device.  Though, do not let its name narrow your view only to pork.  If you can fit a whole pig into it, just consider all the other possibilities!

One thing that really impressed us was the design of the product.  Seriously, they put some thought into the design.  The burners are off to the side, so any grease from the meat does not fall directly on the burners, thus eliminating smoke.  Thus, the cooking centre can be used both outside and inside.  And to get from one to the other, the device has wheels so you are not limited to only one location. 

And why is it a "cooking centre" as opposed to a barbeque?  Simple because it is a pig roaster, a rotisserie, steam table, smoker and carving station; all with a quick insertion of accessories.  And the best part is that it can be cleaned very easily, since the inner components can be removed. 

The company sells these cooking stations, but also rents them out.  Thus, if you are a business or an individual with a rather large extended family, and you want to throw a party, you should consider renting one of these devices.  The company even includes a perfectly seasoned pig with the rental that has be placed inside the machine.
